Quality Control Engineer

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Engineer (Native Arabic Speaker) for our client, an established FM Service Provider in Saudi Arabia. The role will be assigned in one of their projects in Khobar.

*Involved in improving processes to prevent defects before they occur, ensuring that products meet quality standards from the start.
*Involved in continuous monitoring and assessment of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
*Ensures that operation and maintenance processes comply with industry standards and regulations, reducing the risk of legal and compliance issues.
*Maintain consistency in production, ensuring that each product meets the same high-quality standards.
*Preventing defects and improving processes that reduces waste, rework, and costs associated with faulty products.
*Identifies potential risks in the manufacturing process and implements measures to mitigate them, ensuring smoother operations.
*Leading a team of Inspectors of civil, mechanical and electrical departments.

*Knowledgeable about the various types of electrical systems, MV and LV systems, RMUs, Transformers, and distribution systems, ATS, generators and emergency backup systems, fire alarm and other IT systems, different electrical tests e.g. emergency lighting system, elevator tests, generators tests, earthing and lightning tests, transformers tests, ACBs tests, ELBSs, RCBs and ELCBs tests etc.
*Experienced in HVAC system, plumbing system, Plants operation and heavy equipment maintenance.
*Experienced in Civil inspections including the civil structures, finishings, building envelops etc.
*Technical analysis, Report writing and drafting of technical reports.
*Minimum Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
*Diploma in Health and safety.
*Native Arabic Speaker
*AUTOCAD, Computer and Microsoft Skills.
* Excellent English communication skills.
