Responsibilities:

• Review all the project specifications related to scope of work.
• Assure full compliance of the executed works against the project specifications and quality control standards and procedures.
• Review all submittals (material, prequalification, etc.) and assure full compliance with project specifications, local and international codes.
• Develop and implement quality control plans regarding project requirements and company policy.
• Develop and implement all documents related to QC activities at site like ITP, checklist, MoS, etc.
• Have good experience with ELV systems (fire alarm, CCTV, ACS, BMS, audio visual, lighting control, etc.) and data communication systems (active and passive).
• Inspect all delivered materials to ensure that they completely match the approved material as well as the project specifications.
• Attend meetings with the consultant to resolve any technical issues.
• Ensure full documentation for the works inspections and close the Non-Conformance Report (NCR), either internal or issued by the consultant as required.
• Participate in the preparation of the project QC procedures and inspection and test plans, according to the project quality plan.
• Review the daily inspection request and submit it to the client.
• Coordinate with the client's inspection team for final and approved inspections.
• Coordinate with the site/section engineers to arrange daily inspection programs.
• Prepare daily QC inspection reports and submit them to the Quality Control Manager.
• Assure that the inspectors on site are working in accordance with the latest drawing revisions.
• Prepare checklists for any discrepancies or non-conformance activities to follow up and submit to the Quality Manager.
• Inspect the site work in accordance with the daily inspection request.
• Check and ensure that all activities on site are carried out in accordance with the required specifications and the latest revised drawings.
• Issue NCR whenever a non-conformance has been found.
• Ensure that the employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and is fully aware of job risk assessments and environmental aspects.

Technical skills

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QC Electrical Engineer or a similar role (5+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of transmission and distribution systems, ELV systems (fire alarm, CCTV, ACS, BMS, audio visual, lighting control, etc.), data communication systems (active and passive), and associated components, standards, and codes.
• Familiarity with Aramco quality standards and industry regulations.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in conducting inspections, tests, and measurements on electrical systems and components.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in electrical engineering and quality control.
