- An effective implementation of the quality management system for the location consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Project Management Plans and dependent systems and procedures are developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Management System consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements
- Personnel are suitably trained in general quality items and project plan requirements and to access and apply dependent systems, procedures and reference materials via the Management system or Knowledge System as applicable.
- All areas of the Project's operations meet and conform to the management system, regulatory and contractual HSE obligations.
- Effective planning and implementation of design control, verification, validation and review activities.
- Effectiveness of quality planning to ensure such that process controls and prerequisite product and service verification and inspection arrangements are established and resourced for the project consistent with criticality, statutory and contractual obligations.
- Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
- Establishment of an effective risk-based assessment program.
- Effectiveness of Project Management and engineering Review Programs including collection analysis and reporting of project performance measures.
- Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities.
- Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.

Job Specific Knowledge:
- Quality management

Industry Specific Experience:
- Background in engineering environment / project delivery environment is a benefit

Requirements

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and relevant industry experience, in a Project or general Quality role or closely related fields of HSE and integrity management. (The experience required will vary according to Project scope)
- Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
