Partner with the best

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will provide support on quality inspection of machine parts. You will ensure all parts and tools are inspected thoroughly to meet company’s expectations.

As Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Performing parts inspection, drawings, and prints.
• Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications.
• Ensuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications, and customer requirements.
• Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.
• Complying with HSE & Quality policy.
• Effectively participating in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a diploma in mechanical engineering or technical discipline.
• Have 3 years’ experience in quality inspection in oil and gas field environment.
• Be a Certified Welding Inspector.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have knowledge of ASME, API 6A, API 17D & API 16A.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work shifts and irregular hours.
• Have ability to read and apply established procedures.
• Have ability to use hardness testing machines.
• Have ability to perform dimensional inspection.
• Have ability to review the mill certificate and perform visual inspection.
• Have good knowledge of FAT, pressure test, load test & drift test.
