Quality Manager - Factory

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead our factory's quality assurance efforts in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest product standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.
- Monitor production processes to identify and rectify quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to maintain high standards of quality assurance.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for senior management to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on reducing waste, improving product reliability, and increasing customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- This role required Saudi National ONLY
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a quality control team.
- Proficient in quality audit procedures and root cause analysis techniques.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
