Quality Officer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Officer with 2 years of experience in healthcare accreditation standards including CBAHI, NABH, and JCI.NURSING BACKGROUND

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with CBAHI, NABH, and JCI standards across the facility.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate quality practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives based on audit findings and best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and adherence to quality protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for accreditation bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare quality standards and integrate them into organizational practices.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CBAHI, NABH, and JCI accreditation processes.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and implement quality improvement plans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred.

Salary:
SAR 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
