Job description / Role
Client is a large contractors has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor for a project in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
* Min of BSc Quantity Surveying - from a UK/Irish University
* Minimum of 5 years' Experience with a Main Contractor on large Building Construction Projects
* Must have stable work record with a minimum of 3 years spent with a company
Must have experience in the following:
* Subcontracting Procurement& Management
* Client Management - Valuations, Variation Agreement etc.
* Cost reporting
* Contract Interpretation and written proficiency in simple and clear English
* Team playing, initiative, capacity to see projects and challenging issues through
The following will be an advantage:
* International Experience (particularly Saudi Arabia)
* Completed graduate CPD programme with large contractor
* Committed to moving to Saudi Arabia for a min of 2 years
* Knowledge of ERP systems and cost and value tracking
