Job description / Role
- Graduate from a reputable university;
- Minimum 7 to 10 years progressives experience in bid costing of a large infrastructure, roads, bridges and high quality infrastructure & pumping station projects including quantity take-off;
- Proficient in preparation of various request for quotations with technical approach statement, manpower, equipment & material construction schedule, cash flow and other relevant required information or data;
- Prepare plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation;
- Perform risk analysis evaluation, cost control, make evaluation and submittal of final accounts;
- Arrange payments to suppliers and subcontractors; and
- Provide forecasts about cost and assist in establishing client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering or relevant degree is required with prior experience in engineering management;
- Must have good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office software’s;
- Experience in the G.C.C. countries is preferable;
- Must be fluent in English (Oral & Written); and
- Candidate must have transferable Iqama.
