The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:
- Real estate development
- Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Job Purpose

A Quantity Surveyor plays a pivotal role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and contributing to the successful completion of construction projects within budgetary constraints. They combine technical knowledge, financial acumen, and strong communication skills to oversee the financial aspects of construction from inception to completion.

Key Accountability Areas
- Preparing monthly payment certificate, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Use re-measure information to assess the revenue and cost for variations and contractual claims
- Claims & dispute management
- Ordering material
- Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors
- Preparing and submitting bills of quantities.
- Performing risk and value management and cost control.
- Accurate reporting of project financial performance.
- Ensure the subcontractors productions are linked with the project site program.
- Budget planning.
- Assist with the comparison of re-measure quantities to the tender BOQ to get over/under measures
- Basic understanding/application of re-measurement techniques.

- Minimum Experience: 3 -5 Years in façade and Aluminium Field

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering
