Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Preparing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets and cost plans
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates at various project stages
  • Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation
  • Evaluating contractor and subcontractor quotations and preparing cost comparisons
  • Performing cost analysis and providing advice on procurement strategies
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking variations, and managing change control procedures
  • Carrying out valuations of work done on site and preparing interim and final payment recommendations
  • Providing detailed reports to stakeholders on project financial performance
  • Supporting dispute resolution and claims analysis when required
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 years work experience partnered with a bachelor degree in quantity surveying.

Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors will be viewed favorably.
