Position Title: Quantity Surveyor - Exhibition
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Client:
A Dubai-based agency specializing in exhibitions, brand activations, interior fit-outs, and MEP services, with award-winning projects delivered across the region

Job Description:
• Estimate costs for exhibition stands, events, and fit-outs by preparing budgets and interpreting CAD drawings to deliver cost-effective, high-quality plans.
• Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to get estimates, build relationships, and suggest cost-saving solutions.
• Coordinate project schedules, manage variation orders, and ensure timely delivery while keeping costs within budget.
• Assist sales managers with client price negotiations and prepare budgets for operations and supplier discussions.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 40 and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying for exhibition stands.
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, production timelines, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
