Quantity Surveyor up to 25K AED for a Construction and Engineering Company in KSA

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Identify potential financial or construction risks
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports

Requirements

• POSITION: Quantity Surveyor
• SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Construction and Engineering Company
• LOCATION: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately and willing to work in a permanent role
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Management or related field
• At least 3-5 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, oil and gas or related field
• With large EPC or Aramco projects experience is an added advantages

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Teamworking
• The ability to negotiate
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
