We are in search of a highly skilled and dedicated RCM Director for the Eastern Region in the Healthcare department to provide leadership and strategic direction. The role demands a strong understanding of revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry in KSA.

Description

* Deliver strategic direction for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within the Eastern Region.
* Oversee the daily operations and performance of the RCM department.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry.
* Implement and uphold the highest standards of compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
* Analyze financial data to identify areas for potential improvement in the RCM process.
* Contribute to the development and achievement of the organization's strategic goals.

Job Offer

* An attractive salary package of around 480,000 SAR, with a range of between 432,000 and 528,000 SAR.
