Job description
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Manage reservations and bookings using our computerized system
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects or events as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
