Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, we are seeking out a receptionist/administrative executive.
The role will involve usual front of house duties – meeting and greeting visitors and clients, answering telephones, ensuring office supplies and stationery ordering, managing catering requirements for corporate functions and meetings. In addition, there are also some administrative assistance functions to the role – coordinating with the various teams within the firm, preparing documentation on occasion and email communications.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task as well as having a dynamic, go-getting attitude. Someone who always has a smile on their face and will make all visitors feel welcome and valued. Most importantly, the incumbent will not be “corporate” – specifically, we are looking for that special someone who is outside the box – possesses a great fashion sense, who really makes an impression on first meeting!

This is a pivotal role in the business, and the right fit is essential.Transferable iqama is essential.
