Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives:
• Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties and presentation of a professional office.
• Responsible for the professional and efficient handling of office duties for the Human Resource & Administration Department.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the HR & Admin Department.
• Compile information regarding company’s employees such as name, contact no’s, address, passport, document details both in Arabic and English.
• Manage employee and other HR & Admin department filing in a timely manner and ensure the personal files are complete with all documents.
• Keep track of all documents processed by the HR & Administration Department.
• Coordinate administrative activities for Employee Insurance, Air tickets, Attendance administration, etc.
• Assist HR Manager in processing employee and company official documents like visa renewals, licence renewals etc.
• Perform routine office tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional office as observed by the supervisor.
• Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes using computers.
• Responsible for translation of documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
• Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities.
• Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.

Reporting to: HR Manager

Desired start date: Immediate
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Sun- Thu 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

University Qualifications: intermediate school, Bachelor, Diploma in Business administration or Management
Nature and length of previous experience: Fresher or 1-2 years experience

Specialist knowledge:
• Good in communication, English writing and speaking.
• Administration of documents, files.
• Understanding of work and administration

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Quick learner
• Team work
• Good attitude and work in cooperation

Age Range: 25 to 30 years
Nationality Preference: Saudi Arab
Language Fluency: English and Arabic
