Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This position is responsible for the front desk, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering and connecting incoming calls, as well as performing miscellaneous related administrative tasks, restocking supplies, printing, collecting and delivering of documents.

• Knowledge of good English and MS Office
• Familiarity with technical support/office equipment (printer, copier, scanner, fax, etc.)

Requirements

The candidate we are looking for will have

• Fluent, business level, written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills
• A professional services employment background in a finance, legal or business support environment
• Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• A hardworking attitude, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to help others
• Professional demeanor with experience in a multinational environment
