Recruiter - Construction Industry

Job description / Role

Client is a leading international construction company who are currently working on the construction of the Riyadh Metro and they are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment professional.

The role will involve:
- Preparation of job descriptions.
- Monitor the staff plan.
- Use several recruitment sources including agencies and databases.
- Interview candidates to confirm if they are suitable.
- Prepare and submit job offers to candidates.
- Monitor the current recruitment processes using various software.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in HR or a related field ad should be able to demonstrate at least 5 years experience of working in a recruitment role with in the construction industry in the Middle East. Candidates should be able to speak Arabic and English and should posses excellent IT skills including databases, MS office and Linked In.
