Forming part of the Middle East Recruitment Team, the role of Recruiting Coordinator is required to be a Saudi National, as it will be based in the Riyadh office of our management consultancy client. You will support both the MBA and industry recruitment teams across the region with all CV sourcing, interview logistics, marketing of events and round table discussions and updating all details on the internal tracking systems.
Supporting the MBA recruitment cycles you will gain a great understanding of both intern and fulltime permanent candidate protocol and therefore, having some understanding of school and USA processes is highly advantageous. Once a candidate has been identified it is your responsibility to track their progress, inform the relevant hiring teams, ensuring that the candidate is fully engaged and remains updated with progress constantly. The interview process includes attending large events such as summer programmes and round tables (in person and virtually) and organising online psychometric assessments. You will constantly monitor and develop relationships with high performing, potential candidates and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential to the success of this role.
