As the Recruiter you will be joining a large company with in the engineering sector in Riyadh, KSA. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a growing team with lots of progression opportunity.

The client specialises in the professional engineering/ services and projects space and requires the applicant to have a strong industry background.

Description

The Key responsibilities will include

* Meet with Hiring Managers on regular basis to collect hiring requirements and provide update
* Manage Talent Acquisition candidate's profiles database
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
* Conduct and manage the employee on boarding process
* Operational process for selection (for e.g. competency based interviews, psychometric testing etc.)
* Utilize various sourcing channels such as social media, job websites, career portal, recruitment agencies etc

Requirements

The Successful candidate will have/be

* A Saudi National
* A minimum of 3 years recruitment/ talent experience
* Industry experience with in the Engineering/ construction space
* Dammam based
