Charterhouse is working with a prestigious and well-established Saudi organisation who is looking to hire a Director of Recruitment.
This role holder is responsible for directing the recruitment activities across the Group and ensuring that the personnel are recruited as per business requirements and in accordance with applicable guidelines. You will also be responsible for leading the development of the recruitment and selection framework, recruitment plans, sourcing strategies and selection techniques. You will ensure the availability of internal and external recruitment capabilities, whilst maintaining relations with head-hunters / recruitment agencies and ensuring visibility of the company in prominent local and global universities to enhance the employer brand image.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience. It is essential you are a Saudi National who is Degree educated in Human Resources, Business Management or a relevant field - professional certifications such as CIPD and SHRM will be advantageous. You should also have previous experience of managing recruitment for a large organisation, preferably within KSA.
