Job Description

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding active and passive candidates in an executive search firm, recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team.
• Successful leadership with overseeing and driving the full recruitment process, including; hiring manager communication, assisting with business workforce planning, providing talent availability recommendations, preparing and posting job descriptions, performing direct sourcing, screening candidates, delivering approved talent assessments, coordinating interviews.
• Manage/Increase the company’s branding and brand awareness to the targeted talent markets and from offer negotiation to closing and onboarding
• Develop knowledge of competitors hiring techniques and understanding how the attraction methods and offers differ.
• Support Hiring Managers to utilize a standardized interviewing tools for ultimate fair and professional hiring practices.
• Manage recruitment database and run monthly recruitment reports.
• Ability to understand and interpret data from the recruitment data base, to run monthly recruitment reports, while collaborating with key stakeholders to identify actionable items for continuous improvement and make better decisions that ultimately drives quality in hires.
• Implementing talent acquisition strategies to provide qualified and diverse candidate pool to hiring managers.
• Managing hiring managers and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle to establish compliance, consistency, and quality.
• Attending networking events, job fairs, open days, universities, graduation events

Salary:
SAR 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
