Job description / Role
Required to join an international FM company working across the Middle East. The successful candidate will head up the recruitment function of this fast paced, large scale operation.
Duties will include:
• Improving recruitment processes to ensure that vacancies can be filled within the given time
• Working with managers to create job specifications
• Sourcing / screening candidates
• Reporting to the business on recruitment statistics
• Manage a small team of recruiters
Requirements
• The ideal candidate will have a worked within a recruitment agency or in house role within the Middle East region.
• Must be used to working in a fast pace environment
• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
