Job description / Role

A key role has opened up in a global FMCG business requiring an exceptional recruitment professional who thrives on challenge and attracting the best talent.

You will have complete ownership of the recruitment cycle from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to developing the recruitment strategy and talent mapping. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, developing relationships with Universities and other organizations such as the HRDF. The role will also focus on achieving excellent Saudization levels, and managing retention initiatives.

Requirements

If you are passionate about people, have a results driven mindset with at least 6 years experience in either a multinational or large local business, with exposure to blue and white collar recruitment, we would love to hear from.

Please note this is for Saudi Nationals.
