Employment: Full Time

Recruitment Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely recruitment of staff from start-to-end process in line with the organization’s requirements in all matter related to recruitment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Leading overall recruitment process by acting as the internal and external figurehead for recruitment, spearheading the drive to meet recruitment targets, being the senior point of contact for recruitment
• Responsible in formulating and communicating external advertisements using appropriate media for external advertisements. Place internal adverts for job and promotion opportunities.
• Managing and overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring the target number of high caliber applications, track applications, managing recruitment team (including delegation of relevant responsibilities to recruitment staff).
• Managing and overseeing applicants, ensuring clear, consistent and regular communication with candidates, applicants and those in receipt of an offer, including aspects of the on-boarding process.
• Screen, shortlist and match applications to identify the most suitable applicants for jobs.
• Meeting recruitment targets and ensure milestones for enquiries, applications and recruitment are met, identifying new opportunities to attract applications.
• Supporting recruitment staff through effective coordination, performance management, mentoring and coaching.

Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any equivalent field from an accredited university or institution.

Professional Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in any areas of human resources in healthcare field, experience Human Resources Coordinator preferred.
