Recruitment Specialist

Job description / Role

A large global reputable manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its corporate recruitment team.

The role will manage a high volume recruitment across Finance, Supply Chain, IT and HR departments.

Responsibilities will include:

• Taking job brief/requisitions from Line Managers
• Advising Line Mangers of the market conditions in relation to available talent and manage expectations
• Updating and adapting job descriptions for current roles
• Sourcing suitable candidates
• Posting jobs on job boards/portals
• Headhunting candidates where necessary
• Working with recruitment agencies
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Possess at least 4 years experience recruitment experience either in an agency or a high volume, fast paced recruitment function
• Have a good eye for talent and be able to manage many projects at once
• Be confident and able to challenge the status quo
• Be competent on ATS system
• Ideally have used SAP Success Factors
• Must be currently based in Saudi, ideally in Riyadh
