Recruitment Specialist

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Job Analysis and Posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates
- Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Coordinating Assessments: Administer skills tests or assessments as required to evaluate candidates
- Managing Candidate Experience: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback
- Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and assist in onboarding processes
- Tracking Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reporting
- Building Relationships: Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to enhance sourcing efforts
- Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to refine strategies.

- Bachelor degree in HR equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- exposure to global recruitment practice and experience of working within global organizations
- Experience of direct sourcing methenes (linked,social media,etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
