Recruitment Specialist - Facilities Management

Job description / Role

Require to join a Pest Control & Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will handle full-cycle recruitment for technical, operational, and administrative roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with departments to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
• Conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical fields.
• Familiarity with HR software (ATS, etc.).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
SAR 7,000 to 90,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
