Job description / Role
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and leading the Saudization effort in the company
- Attracts local applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
- Recruit Saudis to achieve overall Saudization goal
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants
- Processed, reviewed, and screened resumes to wean out unqualified candidates
- Making interview set-up for internal and external candidates
- Managed all aspects of hiring process from first contact to orientation for empowering Saudization
Requirements
- Must be Saudi national
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management to achieve Saudization
- Should have experience in recruitment cycle of Saudization
- General knowledge of Saudi employment laws and practices
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic
