An exciting opportunity to join a newly created Vision 2030 project as a Recruitment Specialist. This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.

A newly created Vision 2030 project based in Riyadh.
Description
Be responsible for carrying out the talent acquisition process from end-to-end. The recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, scheduling interviews and hiring new employees to in order fill vacant positions with suitable talents based on the manpower plan.
* Assist in developing recruitment goals and objectives, as well as coordinating with all departments to come up with a recruitment plan.
* Identify job openings with department heads and post job openings within the company and through professional networks.
* Update job profiles and descriptions as needed for vacant positions.
* Search and find CV's that best fit the job requirements, screen and filter them to allocate the best candidates to the job position.
* Schedule and assist in conducting interviews with selected candidates.
* Perform background checks and reference checks on candidates.
* Keep records on interviewed candidates as a future reference and track candidates within the process.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors in order to fill vacant positions.
* Perform any related activities according to business requirements.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant field
* Knowledge of employment law & compliance
* Understanding of the region and regional talent markets
* Good interpersonal skills
* Strong sense of initiative and accountability
* High level of professionalism and work ethics
* Adaptability and desire to work in an evolving/start-up environment where policies and processes are being created
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Saudi National
