Regional Assistant Director of People & Culture in Charge of Talent Acquisition - KSA:

We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Assistant Director of People & Culture in Charge of Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition KSA cluster team at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, based in Riyadh.

This role reports to the Regional Director P&C, Leading Talent Acquisition and New Openings in KSA and will assist in leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution in Saudi Arabia. You will support the attraction and selection of top-tier talent to ensure the properties are staffed with highly skilled and diverse individuals. You will provide support and management for all talent acquisition personnel and take responsibility for the candidate experience and employer branding.

Our Ideal Regional Assistant Director of People & Culture in Charge of Talent Acquisition candidate will have:

- The ability to support the Talent Acquisition Roadmap in identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
- Experience in leveraging internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multi-media advertising, social media, job fairs, university fairs, networking, community involvement/partnerships, and third-party assistance.
- A proven track record of building appropriate and meaningful relationships with universities and colleges.
- Expertise in assisting with full lifecycle recruiting of top-tier candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting candidates through offer negotiations and acceptance.
- Experience in supporting the recruitment of critical and confidential leadership positions.
- Proficiency in using Workday to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
- A commitment to ensuring outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
- The ability to gather feedback from candidates and our interviewing team to iterate and improve the recruitment process.
- Strong partnership and relationship-building skills with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team to determine business staffing needs.
- Experience in reviewing team performance and coaching to ensure key talent acquisition metrics, including time to fill, are met.
- The ability to provide counsel to hiring managers on matters pertinent to internal mobility and external hiring to ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the manning guide is accurate and reflects the budget for the year.
- Creating, sending, and updating offer letters.
- Monitoring and tracking the referral program regarding eligibility and compensation.
- Assessing future hiring needs through proactive people planning activities and understanding key metrics to meet hiring goals.
- Presenting metrics on a monthly or quarterly basis regarding exit interviews, hires, leavers, interviews, etc.
- Handling recruitment activities not only for Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh but for any new possible openings in the region.
- Leveraging employer branding and proactively looking for innovative and new industry best practices around recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing to ensure we are hiring top talent.
- Using internal communication streams to promote careers and employee movements.
- Creating and updating a salary scale and benefits scheme.
- Assisting the Regional Director P&C, Leading Talent Acquisition and New Openings in KSA in various strategic initiatives and planning activities.

- Travel: Occasional
