The Regional HR Director position for this fast paced, high growth luxury retail new-comer will oversee all HR activities across the GCC

Description
Key responsibilities will include:
* Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute regional HR strategy aligned with business goals; advise leadership on workforce planning and organisational design.
* Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Implement recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employer branding initiatives.
* Performance Management & Engagement: Drive performance systems, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
* Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay structures, manage payroll, and introduce innovative benefits.
* Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to GCC labour laws, manage HR policies, and handle employee relations.
* Organisational Development & Culture: Promote corporate culture, lead DEI initiatives, and manage change strategies.
* HR Technology & Analytics: Implement HRIS, dashboards, and automation; leverage data for decision-making.
* CSR & Well-being: Develop CSR programs, wellness initiatives, and align HR with ESG principles.
* Crisis Management: Create HR contingency plans and ensure business continuity during disruptions.
Job Offer

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
* Saudi National
* Relevant Degree in Human Resources, MBA, CIPD
* Minimum 10+ years of experience with proven track record in line management
* Retail Industry experience (luxury ideal)
* Dynamic, strong communicator
* Passion for impact and change
