Regional IT Specialist

Job description / Role

A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Regional IT Specialist for their Riyadh office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Evaluate customer's requirements, provide the best solution, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Validate hardware architecture and network infrastructure to ensure proper and correct implementation of the proposed solution.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization.
- Stay updated on best practices, technical updates, and application strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT Support or a similar role within the healthcare/medical devices industry.
- Proficient in ERP.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
