We are looking to recruit Requirements specialist to join our Transportation & infrastructure team.

The key objectives of the role will be to:
• Follow and track Requirement Engineering Process strategy within project, aligned to project specific process requirements
• Compile requirements for Design and Construct projects primarily in DOORS or ComplyPro.
• Implement formal reviews of technical requirement modules and plan & track content reviews.
• Clarify ambiguous requirements with internal or external customer
• Track and report missing analysis information
• Track and report completeness of traceability/linking
• Create requirements baselines

Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science by preference, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• A systems engineering orientated mindset that can bring together multi-disciplinary solutions.
• Knowledge of engineering standards that pertain to transport and safety.
• Good computer skills to compile spreadsheets and reports, and preferably experience in using computer applications such as DOORS, CompyPro and other database applications.
• The ability to foster and maintain good relationships with clients, associates and stakeholder groups.
• All levels of experience will be considered, but proven experience in the rail and transit industry will be desirable.
