Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional reservations agent to join our prestigious team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and local events
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-related experience an asset
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
  • Previous Opera experience an asset
  • High communication skills verbal and written. Perfect use of English. Command of Arabic will be considered an important asset
