Employment: Full Time

The Role:

Our Resident Trainers work in store and lead by example to ensure all staff uphold the level of professionalism and customer service that is expected of them.

You will:

* Identify counter training needs with Retail Managers and meet those needs through on-on-one support
* Communicate with the Retail Manager the employees' performance, ability, and morale
* Support Trainers, L&D Managers and/or Operations Managers in skills assessment within the recruitment process
* Support new product/range launches through store presence at key events/promotions/campaigns.

* To apply for this role you must have extensive customer service experience and the ability to train and motivate a team.
