Resident Trainer - Jo Malone

Job description / Role

The role:

Our resident trainers work in store and lead by example to ensure all staff uphold the level of professionalism and customer service that is expected of them.

You will:

• Identify counter training needs with retail managers and meet those needs through one-on-one support.
• Communicate with the retail manager the employees' performance, ability, and morale.
• Support trainers, L&D managers and/or operations managers in skills assessment within the recruitment process.
• Support new product/range launches through store presence at key events, promotions, and campaigns.

Qualifications & requirements:

To apply for this role you must have extensive customer service experience and the ability to train and motivate a team.
