Resourcing Specialist

Job description / Role

• Support line manager in specification of position
• Create recruitment adds
• Support in choice of resourcing media and methodology (i.e. recruitment channels) and test tools, defining the Recruitment time plan
• Application screening
• Conduct interviews
• Assess candidates
• Perform the communication with rejected candidates
• Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of HR Service Centre team
• Assist in administration of Resourcing activities
• Exit interviews and administration (for Business partners or Factory Managers)

Requirements

• University degree within Personnel Administration or similar and/or min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in the recruitment process
• Labour market knowledge
• Analytical
• SLA knowledge
• Fluency in English language
• Saudi National Preferred.
