Restaurant Manager

Job description / Role

The manager of The Kitchen has the overall responsibility and is in charge of all different aspects of the business. He is a reputable, representative and yet flamboyant person who is the perfect multi-tasker.

The manager should be able to deal with the high volume aspect of the business and design effective and efficient operational processes.

The general manager is main responsible for the marketing, third party contracting and cost control. He is in charge of all staff members and takes care of the hiring process.

Having an international background is a preference, as is having experience with an international team.

Requirements

- Experience in the Saudi market
- Dealing with high volume while ensuring quality
- Pre-opening experience
- Managing a team of >15
- Experience with similar concept is preferred (health concepts)
- Perfect at budgeting
- Minimum of 7 years experience (outlet manager)
