Job description / Role
Must have previous experience of a start-up from scratch of a fine dining restaurant. Needs to have experience in staff training, quality customer service, exceeding the guests expectations, menu tasting, standard manual etc.
Requirements
Must be outgoing, very likable personality, have initiative, be forward thinking, be able to take a hands-on approach and have the ability to make decisions. Multi-task, converse easily with staff and customers alike. Attractive and well presented.
