Restaurant Manager up to 28k Sar for a Fine Dining Restaurant and Bar in KSA

• POSITION: RESTAURANT MANAGER
• SALARY: up to 28,000 SAR full package depending on your qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: FINE DINING RESTAURANT
• LOCATION: Riyadh, KSA
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To always ensure to keep SOPs, manuals, and recipes up to date
• To attend bi-weekly management meetings always prepared and bringing innovative ideas and solutions
• To properly administer and achieve financial reports to the Account Manager
• To ensure that the operational budget is strictly adhered and take corrective action if needed
• To control and manage inventory
• To negotiate with the supplier to achieve the best possible prices according to business
• To understand and anticipate all guest's needs
• To provide to Senior Management a proposed manning structure as per operation
• To carry out the duty managers shift, overlooking the flow of the operation

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to European and Arab nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant and FnB management role
• Strong written/verbal English command
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with POS and cash handling
• Flexible in working hours and restaurant location
