The Role of the Restaurant Supervisor

As Restaurant Supervisor you will take an active role in the supervision of the restaurant and/or bar. They anticipate guests' needs whilst greeting, seating and serving restaurant and/or bar guests. Our goal is to satisfy each guest and develop loyalty. You will need to add style to a dynamic environment, build and maintain rapport with regular guests, as well as cultivating relationships with new patrons. A flexible schedule is required and includes weekends and holidays .

Knowledge and Skills

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage related position, luxury environment or fine dining preferred.
- Excellent communication skills. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; an additional language an asset
- Must have a flexible schedule, ability to work early morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other Food & Beverage computer systems
