Restaurant Supervisor - Fauchon Jeddah KSA

• Identify and recommend opportunities to increase sales through suggestive selling.
• Ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
• Ensure safety rules, production and sanitation standards are met.
• Establishing and assign the duty shifts of restaurant staff at the section and scheduling break periods, work hours, and vacations in the absence of ARM/Manager.
• Check employees daily duties.
• Establish close relationship with key customers, especially VIP clients.
• Must lead, motivate, inspire and encourage people, sometimes you will have to hire, dismiss, discipline or evaluate employees.
• Lead and implement of policies, goals, objectives and procedures of the section.
• Oversee the daily operations of kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality in supervising role
• Trained and well versed with HACCP procedures. (Hygiene Management)
• Fluent in English and Arabic both written and verbal. French is a plus.
• Well-presented and able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
• Strong computer skills required with knowledge in MS Word, Excel
• Language Speaking: (English, French and Basic Arabic).
• Ability to delegate, supervise and evaluate workings of subordinates
