Our client is a leading Food & Beverage Company with an excellent reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Taking responsible actions towards running the operation in the store.
• Supervising the operation of each station.
• Setting rules and procedures for cleanness and hygiene in the store.
• Tracking team member’s performance, correct faults and mistakes if any targeting the enchantment of other colleagues’ abilities to always do a better job.
• Make the Company a very enjoyable place for team members and for guests as well.

Reporting to: Assistant Store Manager

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• College level
• Experience within a retail business of fast food chains/ coffee shops
• Open to male Arab or Western nationals in KSA now

SKILLS

• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Good knowledge of computer software and hardware
• Analytical skills and decisions making abilities
