Employment: Full Time

Mission:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Sell Through/Training Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring Al Farida has a team of high calibre BAs delivering a unique, specific & remarkable shopper experience through best in class knowledge and service.

Functions and Responsibilities:

BAs staffing

- Is responsible for recruiting BAs as per Puig recruitment standards supported by the sales team (sales managers and supervisors)

Education and capabilities development

- Build, implement and deliver a yearly Education Plan (trainings, education tools, conventions, gifts, deco, …) linked with marketing, promotional calendar & market specificities as well as sales techniques (soft skills included) - for all 4 regions (Jeddah, Riyadh, Khobar and Remote areas).
- Recruit/promote from existing BAs team, develop, motivate & empower field coaches to be able to deliver constantly on the shop floor coaching to BAs
- Monitor ROI training sessions and field coaching and yearly education budget.
- Special focus on Private collection to deliver service excellence and experience to the consumer in particular art of gifting (this may include conducting competition analysis on best practices in art of gifting to improve storytelling and level of service).
- In collaboration with the Sales Team, conduct performance appraisals and ensure development plans are in place for every BA
- Visit shop floors on a regular basis (observe, coach and react continually improving shopper experience and team capabilities)
- Create a forum for communication and feedback with/from the BAs

Sales Incentives

- Give feedback and input on incentive schemes to attract, retain and drive BAs motivation and performance KPIs.
- BAs effectiveness, motivation and retention
- Create and promote a positive work environment
- Responsible for BA development, motivation and retention
- In collaboration with the sales team, review team sales productivity and performance on a regular basis and identify opportunities to improve BA effectiveness.
- Is responsible for building and promoting positive relationships between and with all the BA teams and Al Farida back office team.

Work very closely with the commercial team and PME regional HR and Retail team to deliver the above, seek their support, and alignment when needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Experience: Experience in working in a similar role in a beauty industry in Saudi Arabia Previous experience in Luxury beauty is an asset.
- 4-5 Retail experience and strong commercial understanding
- Education : University Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Languages : Fluent in Arabic and English
