Retail Client Advisor

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to our clientele.
* Provide expert advice on product selection and styling to reflect the brand's luxurious image.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
* Stay updated on the latest product lines, trends, and brand history to offer knowledgeable insights.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
* Handle all customer interactions with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
* Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.

* Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
* Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate client needs.
