Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

General Description

To define and create for each channel the right retail plan in order to maximize brand innovations and boost ROI and POS.

Duties and Responsibilities

Trade Marketing
- Develop key design projects in line with brand image and guidelines
- Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints.
- Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints
- Ensure instore implementations are inline with brand image and guidelines.
- Manage Agencies and Ensure all displays are being deployed in a timely manner.
- Ensure built budgets are properly tracked vs spent and follow up on needed approvals.
- Develops and implements a yearly activity plan per client taking in to account brand events, local retail events, store tier strategy, weekend and paydays.
- Work on 360 degree marketing strategies for client, Promotional campaigns, Product launches, Retail planning, Visual merchandising and Brand building.
- Creates a tailor-made POS plans to drive sellout in like for like.

Catalogue merchandising
- Identify and structure planograms per type of store
- Recommend assortment and develop & produce planograms and cassettes based on sales performance per store
- Oversee the catalogue with product manager: responsible for 'In' and 'Outs', active / discontinuations and product availability in store.


Visual Merchandising / Retail Design
- To analyze shop performance compared to expectation, company trends, and competitive position. KPIs per store/ area.
- Monthly performance analysis by category, by franchise following the brand objectives (Ex: eyes/complexion/lips)
- Ability to balance strategic planning vs. operational day to day
- Oversee the production of VM elements and brief team on implementation.
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays within retailer space.
- Ability to read and draw technical drawings
- Experience in 3D and Autocad.
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
- Visit POS to boost shopper experience and track POSM implementation.
