Retail Manager - Luxury Brand

Charterhouse is in an exclusive partnership with a prestigious Luxury Brand who is looking to hire a Retail Manager Luxury Brand to drive the performance across all KSA stores and growth of the brand within the market.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global company and be a part of the exciting plans for the expansion within Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Manager, you will be accountable for achievement of retail sales and operational efficiencies. You will support the in-store teams and will be responsible for coaching and development of the retail staff to ensure the stores’ standards and profitability. The role requires an individual who will take initiative to improve business operations. You should possess an ability to manage multiple projects and you will be involved in opening of the new stores within the region.

You will be involved in financial planning, forecasting and budgeting and you will ensure all the designated stores will meet or exceed the given targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Our client is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate experience managing retail operations for a global retail brand. The ideal candidate should be proactive and capable of working with a high level of autonomy. To be considered for this role, you must be a Saudi National and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both, English and Arabic with a can-do attitude. The role requires frequent traveling across KSA.
