Key responsibilities

Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive traffic and conversions.

Monitor store performance and provide actionable insights to optimize operations and profitability.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and customer service skills.

Establish a customer-focused culture to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Manage inventory levels and visual merchandising in accordance with company standards.

Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Analyze sales trends and present reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a retail environment.

Strong leadership skills with experience in training and developing a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities.

Male.
