Sealy Mattress Middle East is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated retail sales representative to join our team. As a prominent player in the bedding industry since 1990, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers to help them find the perfect mattress and bedding solutions to meet their needs. Your role will be vital in driving sales and creating a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.
• Promote and demonstrate our range of mattress and bedding products.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and support to customers.
• Assist customers with their purchases and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain store presentation standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer goods or bedding products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Male / Female
• 23 to 30 years of age.
• Saudi or Lebanese national.
